A Moment’s Practice

Take a moment to gently close your eyes, if that feels comfortable. Begin your awareness to your breath - simply breathing in and out, noticing each inhale and exhale.

Allow the world around you to soften and fade into the distance, as you arrive fully in this moment. Feel your breath as it flows in through your nose, filling your chest. Your breath, then gently turns as it releases back out, through your open mouth.

Stay here for a minute or as long as you like, as you allow your body and mind to soften with each breath.

When you are ready, take a slow, deep breath in… hold for a moment… and let it go completely. Gently open your eyes, returning with a sense of calm, ready for whatever comes next.
