MEDITATIONS
The look on a client’s face after meditation - relaxed, peaceful, and present - is something I deeply cherish.
Mindful meditation is about coming home to yourself. It’s a gentle practice of slowing down, turning inward, and observing your thoughts without judgment. There’s nothing to fix or change - just space to breathe, feel, and be.
In that stillness, clarity begins to grow. The nervous system softens, and we reconnect with a deeper sense of calm and inner guidance.
Meditation isn’t always easy at first, but with time, it becomes a supportive and grounding practice - one that can gently shift how you feel, even in a single moment.
REIKI
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice, founded by Mikao Usui, that supports balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Through light touch or hands placed just above the body, energy is guided to where it’s needed most—helping to calm the nervous system, release blockages, and invite a deep sense of peace.
The sense of calm after a session is what I love most. You can see it in the softened expression, the quiet presence, the return to self.
Reiki is not about fixing, but supporting the body’s natural ability to heal - gently, and from within.
SOUND BOWL HEALING
During meditation, I often use crystal sound bowls, typically in the middle of a session. Their resonant tones create a deeply calming effect on the body and mind.
When struck or circled, the bowls produce sustained vibrations that many people experience as soothing and grounding. These sounds can support the nervous system in settling, encouraging relaxation, slower breath, and a sense of inner ease.
Each experience is unique, but many participants describe feeling calm, clear, and emotionally lighter as the sound gently washes over them.
SOUND BOWL HEALING (1:1 SESSIONS)
A sound bowl healing is a one-hour, one-to-one session where you rest comfortably on a massage table. You are guided through meditation including breath awareness, a body scan, and a sound bath.
The bowls are played in a gentle rhythm, supporting deep relaxation, stress release, and emotional balance.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Sound healing is generally safe, but may not be suitable for people with pacemakers, certain heart conditions, epilepsy, or implanted electronic devices. If you have any medical concerns or a history of trauma or anxiety, please consult your doctor before attending a session.
ACCESS BARS
Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on energy practice founded by Gary Douglas. It involves lightly touching 32 points on the head, which are believed to hold thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and patterns gathered over time.
By gently activating these points, Access Bars may help release mental clutter, reduce stress, and create a greater sense of ease and clarity. Many people experience it as deeply relaxing - like the mind has permission to slow down, reset, and open.
After a session, clients often appear visibly lighter, calmer, and more at ease. It’s a simple yet powerful way to support relaxation and mental spaciousness.
THE PURPOSE OF ACCESS BARS
Have you ever noticed your mind working overtime - especially when you’re trying to rest? Feeling stressed, anxious, or mentally tired can become overwhelming.
Access Bars offers a way to quiet that internal noise. There is no right or wrong way to receive it - each session is unique, and the experience is different for everyone.
The invitation is simply to receive, relax, and allow space for ease.
THE MANTRA OF ACCESS
“All of life comes to me with ease, joy and glory.”

COMPLEMENTARY PRACTICES
Oracle Cards
Oracle cards are a gentle, intuitive tool used for reflection, guidance, and self-connection. Each deck carries its own energy, offering insight through imagery, words, and symbolism.
Rather than predicting the future, they support you in pausing, turning inward, and gaining clarity in the present moment. They are a way to deepen trust in your own inner voice and intuition.
Numerology
Numerology explores the meaning and energetic influence of numbers, often drawn from your name and birth date. It is based on the idea that numbers carry distinct vibrations that can offer insight into life patterns and potential pathways.
Originally developed from the teachings of Pythagoras, numerology is often used as a reflective tool for self-awareness and personal growth.
Within sessions, I may include numerology when guided, as it can offer additional perspective and alignment.
IN PRACTICE
These complementary tools—Oracle Cards and Numerology—may be woven into sessions when appropriate. They are never used to define outcomes, but to support reflection, clarity, and deeper self-awareness.
They are offered as supportive practices alongside Reiki, meditation, and other modalities.
IMPORTANT NOTE
These practices are intended to support relaxation, reflection, and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional if needed.
